Be a Benefits Supporter (Digital)

Support Digital Buddies with your expert knowledge of UK benefits - all from your mobile phone.

Young man with mobile phone

We have recently launched Turn2us Connect. This project matches volunteers, also known as Digital Buddies, to people applying for benefits, also known as Connections through an online chat platform.

We know that the benefit application process is complex. No two cases are the same.

That is where we need you. You will support Digital Buddies by helping to answer complex questions they get from their Connections.

The Digital Buddy Supporter role is perfect for you because:

  • You have specialist knowledge and experience of the benefits system.
  • This role is digital, giving you the flexibility to volunteer at times that suit you.
  • You will feel great knowing you are making an impact, supporting people through challenging times.

If you want to use your specialist knowledge to help people get back on track, then this is the role for you.
